Meet the founder
Luka Mikaberidze
Luka is a Senior Business Optimization Analyst who helps leadership teams find performance opportunities, improve operational efficiency and drive measurable business results. Across consulting and corporate roles, his focus has always been the same: translating complex data into insights leaders can act on with confidence.
Before his current role at ADT, Luka worked in management consulting, partnering with executive and operational leaders to solve revenue, pipeline and process challenges. Earlier, in the finance and insurance industry, he built his foundation in analytics, forecasting and workflow optimization — learning how decisions connect across sales, finance, service delivery and customer experience.
Luka holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics, with a focus on applied analytics, data modeling and decision science. He loves turning data into clarity, designing dashboards and frameworks that guide strategy, and bringing structure to ambiguity.
Analytics Amazed grew out of that passion. Luka saw how many people want to work smarter with data but feel overwhelmed by where to start — so he built the app he wished existed: short, playful lessons that take you from your first spreadsheet formula to writing SQL.
A first-generation American with roots in the Republic of Georgia, Luka was born in Brooklyn, New York. He's married to his wife and is a proud dad to their daughter.
